Step 2: Fill-in Registration Form

Most of the information on the Registration form is optional, but we do request that you fill out the form completely. Your name and e-mail address, however, is mandatory. The most important information you need to provide is the Account Name and Password. You’ll need this information in order to login to HostedDatabase.com as an account administrator. The Account Name must be unique in our system. You must then click on the option button at the end of the page indicating you’ve read and agree with the Terms of Use statement. Finally, click the Submit Registration button to continue.
