The Show application storage space tool provides insight into how you are using HostedDatabase.com system resources for storing your business data. Although we offer unlimited application storage space, it is still useful for you to monitor your application storage over time so you can purge old applications or trim data out of existing applications to help us optimize our system resources for our broad customer base. We do appreciate it if you keep your storage usage to a minimum. The application storage display consists of three columns:

• Application Name - This column contains an alphabetical list of applications associated with your account.
• # of Records - This column shows an aggregate number of data records contained in the application across all tables that constitute the application.
• Storage Size - This column shows an aggregate amount of storage space occupied by the application in megabytes (MB). You should see this number go up and down as you use your application.

At the end of the application storage display, you'll see a grand total of storage space used by all your applications. You may be surprised at how much data you can store in a relatively small number of megabytes.
