1. Select File
-> Import/Export |
|
2. Select
"Export to a file." |
|
3. Select
"Comma Separated Values (DOS)" |
|
4. Select a
folder to save your Outlook file in it.

5. Type in the
name of the export file (anything you wish to call it), which will be
used to import into HostedDatabase.com.

Windows Notepad |

1. Open the .csv
file above.
|
|
2. In the
first line of the file, you'll see all the field names (additional
lines contain the data). You must take out the blank spaces in any
field name. For example, "Last Name," must become
"LastName" (note no space between the words).

3. Save the
file.

HostedDatabase.com.

the button "Upload data" in your Control Panel.
