After years of being known as eCriteria, we decided to use a name more descriptive of our service allowing businesses to host their data on the web. We feel that the new name betters serves our move into new service areas as well. Please bear in mind however, the eCriteria Database Engine is still the basis of our service offerings. COMPLETE WEB APPLICATIONS - We now offer complete web-hosted software applications. This represents a signficant push forward in our service offerings. Previously, customers had to define and create their own custom databases in which to store their business data. Now, we offer complete application templates that are ready-to-use in seconds. We've defined all the tables, data fields, and relationships for you so you can instantly use our applications without delay. Currently, we offer five applications: Contact Management (CRM), Time and Billing, Project Management, Expenses, and Event Management. NEW PRICING FOR APPLICATIONS - Due to reasons of technology resource consumption, as well as competitive reasons, we offer our new applications with per user seat pricing. This simply means that the more users accessing your application(s), the more you must pay. Please see the "Our Service" page for a breakdown of our rates. The pricing for web database functionality remains the same.

ENHANCED DATA CENTER - In preparation for all these changes, we've invested in a signficant upgrade to our data center resources, with enhanced speed, higher capacity, and improved security. Our goal is to provide you with a robust hosting environment for your important business data.
